DESIGN PROJECT MANAGEMENT
CONTENT:
- Procurement of Materials and Furnishings: Ordering and acquiring the necessary materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) as specified in the design plan. This includes coordinating with suppliers, tracking deliveries, and ensuring that all items meet quality standards.
- Quality Control and Inspections: Ensuring that all workmanship meets the established quality standards and adheres to the design plan. This may involve conducting inspections and addressing any deficiencies or issues that arise.
- Coordination with Contractors and Tradespeople: The interior designer works closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other tradespeople to oversee their activities, ensure they have the necessary information, and address any questions or concerns.
